Just half a cup of oats provides 51 grams of carbs, 13 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, 8 grams of fiber, all within 303 calories. Prepare Ministry of Hemp’s Ultimate Hemp Oatmeal recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • Fruit or berries and additional hemp hearts for garnish
  • Your preferred CBD tincture

Preparation

  • Add all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl
  • Microwave on high setting for 2 minutes
  • Sprinkle extra hemp seeds and mix in CBD tincture
  • Top with fruits like blueberries, bananas, or strawberries. For added flavor, consider a dollop of peanut butter.
